The “Beyond
Oil” project is a study which aims to determine the readiness
of the economies of oil producing countries for the time when
oil is no longer available as their main income generator.
This project is analysing the economic, political and social
framework of 26 major oil-producing countries. The aim of this
survey is to give a fact-based, holistic outlook of what
actually is likely to happen in the world’s major oil
producing countries when oil runs out.
